Jack couldn't stop saying fire!! He was so happy that Big John was visiting.
Ella is very interested in Fireman Scott...even through that little yawn. haha.

Mikel and Colter were more than focused when Fireman Scott got started. Colter kept scooting his way to the front.

Hello Jellyfish Families!!! WOWEEEE...It was a hot one today. Whew. How fitting for this weeks theme. haha. This week is Fire and Fire Safety Week. We've made fire trucks, Dalmatian dot art dogs, and learned a couple new songs about fire safety. Today Fireman Scott and "Big John" the fire engine came for a visit to teach us all what an emergency is, how to dial 911, what to say and how to stop-drop-roll. It was so awesome to have them visit. It's always neat to explore the fire engine.
For the rest of this week we I will be surprising the Jellyfish with a special cooking activity. We will be making a "Fireman" chili to share with the school. We will also be doing an art activity with the letter C! Please take a moment with your child to find their fire truck on the wall. They worked really hard on their art projects. =0)
