Hello everyone!! This week we have started to talk about community helpers. Yesterday we made doctor Headbands and pretended to be doctors in the dramatic play area. This morning we also worked together building things with Lego's and blocks on the carpet. Outside we also got new tools to play with =) the kids love pretending to be Bob the builder or Handy Mannie( is that how you spell his name?)
The rest of the week we will be talking about dentist and other community helpers. The share theme for Thursday is to bring in anything that reminds your child of a community helper. If it's a picture of a community helper that's great too =)
Sorry for the lack of pictures. I have a bunch on my camera but haven't had time to put them up =( . I hope i have time this weekend but if not then they shall be up by next Tuesday =D.
