MONDAY MEMO!

Good Morning, Everyone! Finally RAIN! I hope that despite the weather that everyone had a wonderful weekend.

VALENTINE'S CELEBRATION!
Friday, February 13,2009. Please have your child bring in SIGNED(your child's name) Valentine notes for his / her classmates for the Valentine Exchange. We will also have a "SWEETHEART LUNCHEON" at the regular lunch time, 11:30am. Children will not need to pack a lunch on this day.

MENU of the Day:

Spaghetti with Marinara Sauce
Grape Tomatoes & Sweet Red bell Peppers w/dip
Mixed Berry Salad
Strawberry Milk

Each class will prepare a special snack for the afternoon.

Please dress your child in their favorite Valentine color!(Red, White, Pink or Purple)

A new book is in town! We have the privelege of having Derek Sabori, the author of "Lu and the Earth Bug Crew" to do a READING on TUESDAY, February 16 @ 9:30am & 10:30am. I am posting a flyer for this special event and some order forms for his book.Order forms are due on Friday, February 13. For every book purchase a dollar will be donated to any Environmental Cause of the School's choice. Please help us support Derek in his new adventure. Let's support our environment! GO GREEN!

We only allow TOYS at school on your child's SHARE DAY!Share days are once a week. If it's not your child's day to bring a Share Item, please make sure that the toys stay home.
GOLDFISH - NO SHARE DAYS, JELLYFISH - NO SHARE DAYS, SEAHORSE - Every THURSDAY and SEASTARS - Every FRIDAY. Ms. Shona & Ms. Krystal does post the theme for SHARE DAYS every week. Watch out for it.
