Please check your child's cubby for heavy blankets. Now that summer is here we want to make sure that the children have a blanket with a lighter material and pillows have to be small enough to fit in their cubbies.

Thank you to all the parents that joined us for the field trip last friday. They really enjoyed the field trip and had a lot of fun. We will be having another field trip on FRIDAY, AUGUST 7 at The Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach! Hope to see you there.

Wednesday: Tumble stars / Astronaut, Alien tic-tac-toe
Thursday: Moon rock toss / Connect the stars
Friday: Water play & bottle rocket launch celebration
Fun in the Sun!!!
Now that the hot weather is here amd the sun is out...please make sure that your child has their sunblock / sunscreen here at the school. Remember to apply sunblock/ sunscreen in the morning and we will reapply in the afternoon.

MONDAY MEMO!
Happy Monday morning to everyone!!!
Here are some REMINDERS:
Zoo field Trip on FRIDAY, July 17
All permission slips and money(CASH ONLY) due today, Monday July 13.
Cost: ZOO-$2.00 per person, Train Ride-$3.00 per person, Pony Ride-$4.00 per CHILD. I do need a final head count and the number of Parent Volunteers. If we do not have enough Parent Volunteers, Field Trip will be cancelled. Also, school will be CLOSED during the field trtip since the entire school is attending.
If your child is not POTTY TRAINED a Parent/Guardian must be present during the Field Trip.
If it's not your child's scheduled day he/she may attend the field trip with a Parent/Guardian present.
We will leave at 9am and we should be back no later than 12:30pm. Please make sure that your child is wearing their COASTAL T-shirt during the trip and pack a BROWN BAG lunch. (No LUNCH BOX)

Every TUESDAYS @ 9:30am, Ages: 3yrs. - 6yrs.
Theme for the WEEK: All about the ZOO!!!
Monday - Animal Action / Porcupine Potato
Tuesday - What do animals eat? / Owl Puppets
Wednesday - What animal are you? / Where animals live?
Thursday - Matching animals & facts / All about Eggs
Friday - OC Zoo
WATER DAYS
Please make sure that your child has their swimsuits / board shorts, a towel and water shoes at the school for the summer.
